This picture was taken by Chris's brother Mike in the fall of 2004. Mike and I (Chris and I weren't even dating yet) hiked part of the Ridge 157 trail and took photos of leaves and streams and such. I can't figure out why I look so old - what did I have to worry about back then?

I agree, you don't look old! My first thought before reading the text was also that you had cut your hair! I thought maybe it was a family thing to all cut our hair short before Christmas!
Diana, do you have a blog and I just can't find it? Because if so, I'd like to read it. I happen to know that you're a very good (and humorous) writer...
