We had a grand time reading stories, tasting home decorations and potted plants, and throwing toys (and maybe a couple home decorations) all over the floor. She giggled effusively and really is a delightful baby. Of course it occurred to me that I could steal away with said delightful baby while her parents were celebrating their anniversary, but I was deterred by a) my Conscience, and b) my fear of the United States Constitution, which I believe (though I cannot prove, since I have never read the far-too-lenghty-for-my-taste document) states, "It is explicitly forbidden to steal real Navajo princesses, even if they are beautiful and as pleasant as a snowy winter morning. Especially if you don't even have a car-seat or a huge vat of Eucerin, and stuff."

Thanks for watching Kai'ava. She loves spending time with her Aunt Laura. We need to plan our infomerical party, I would love to try some of your collection. ;)
Sheesh Laura, after the recent confession about your use of Eucerin as a hair-care product, I'd expect that you'd still have most of a huge vat lying around somewhere. If not though, I've got the remains of one you're welcome to have ;)
Tasting home decorations and potted plants is such a grand bonding experience! What a sweet little princess!
Oh! In answer to your question about Rochelle...I actually haven't seen her since her wedding reception which was about 8 years ago. Her mom (Corinne) comes to visit my folks and other family about 4 times a year or more, but Rochelle has never came with her. Last I heard, Rochelle went through a rough divorce a few years ago. Just keep her in your prayers.
You should become an author! I think a fern would be a great place to start!
I love that you just said "Lady's Chamber" instead of "bathroom." You crack me up!
Good luck with stealing that dog; one must get in their practice...
I have no idea what Jason is talking about. I would never smear Eucerin all over my hair and sleep on top of a towel in hopes of silky-smooth hair the next morning. That would be ridiculous, and probably take days to wash out.
Oh, that must have been just another one of my paranoid delusions... So, what you're saying is that you've never looked like this , or this then, have you?
By the way, you can borrow our kids whenever you want, but you have to come back to Utah to do it ;)
Laura, Eucerin is not the worst thing you have put in your hair. I have also known you to coat it with a slimy layer of mayonnaise. (not to mention you made your innocent little sister do the same!)
